I don't like "entering my food" it pisses me off. I don't mind however typing a list of what I have eaten today. 'Tis much easier...here goes --
For breakfast I had two large bowls of Honey Bunches of Oats (sans milk)...my husband thinks it's SO stupid that I pour the cereal in a bowl and eat it with a spoon (since there isn't any milk) - I don't care what he thinks...it's the way I like my cereal.
For a snack I had 2 string cheeses - Gawd I just pluralized Cheese...oh well - Cheeses it is.
For Lunch I had a Grilled cheese sandwich, made with whole grain bread, medium cheddar cheese, and Country Crock spread on the bread for the grillin'.
I am also planning on driving over to Safeway and getting some of their Chinese Express food from The Deli - For dinner. It's on sale for $3.99 (any entree and it's served with rice)...I'm gonna pick up 3 different entrees and split it up between myself, my husband, and our kids (ages 6 & 2).
Oh yeah...and I took some vitamin C...and I have just about drunk a whole 2-Liter of Diet Pepsi.
With this plan "Fat Secret" says it will take me 61 months to reach my goal weight. We'll see.
