Well, you've done great at losing weight this week and you're over your cold, and you said you've started back up with the walking. Overall, that's not too darn bad! If you can manage 8 miles for each of the next 2 weeks, like you did the first week, and add just 1 extra mile in there somewhere, you'll make it to the halfway point. It's all about establishing a routine. Frankly, I'm sure that I think about and solve most of the world's problems during my walks! LOL!! Can't quit doing that!
