Weird results - up 0.6 pounds but down a whole BMI percentage (my scale measures BMI, but usually it takes losing about 10 pounds to get down a whole percent) - I guess that means I gained muscle? Which is weird coz with school/work/placement I havent had much time for exercise (I've been squeezing it in here and there as much as possible) but hey, I'll take it!! Gooooooooooooooo muscles! *flex*
