May 14, 2020 Thursday Had a work list today but only got part of it done. Mopped and swept Kitchen but meant to do all of ground floor. Well there is always tomorrow. Wt still 172. Staying on Keto like diet. It's how I prefer to eat, always have. No sugar, and low carb. Lots of protein. digestion is much more stable and even milk intolerance (as expressed by reaction to cheese) seems muted. Going to try substituting almond milk for soy milk. However, not sure if the amount of soy has been supporting my hormonal state. That might be a consideration. Not fond of getting more wrinkles .Blood pressure today 122 over 65. Blood sugar has been good, 125 this morning. \
