Great job, I know how tempting it is to weigh yourself. I am tempted each morning, scales are right beside the shower. I'm sure your numbers will show on Thursday.

Oh I hope so, But we will see, Things feel a small bit looser at moment but thats because I know my food intake good, but then my exercise could be better, If I had a scales at home I would be on them everytime I'd use the bathroom,

I used to be a scaleaholic...I'd weigh myself in the morning, after I ate, a few times a day! Now I weigh myself twice a week. It's nice not feeling like I'm chained to the scale anymore!

yes it is, but its a very hard habit to kick, I was like a 1 with a sad little affair with a weighing scales yesterday, I was looking so longing at it, and I had to go in there for my pal's prescription and I could nearly hear it say, Ah Goon, Go on, Go On, like Father Ted's Housekeeper (comedy show on our tv channel)
