Saw this and cheered me up as I feel my slow walking even if it is miles Im walking not being of benifit to my weight loss

Shattered Just home, Im so tired its unbelievable but had lovely day with Katie, She so tiny and light to carry, only 19lb, but feels so much lighter than that, I must have exercised more today than I have in months, The last few months, I've spent Saturdays just lying on the sofa, ALL DAY, Because I've been unwell, each of my sons been taking Kory at weekends, so I have an empty house, so just doing nothing, also as each took him, treated me to bottle of red wine.
I did not eat enough Today, but Katie is on a high fat diet to gain weight, complete different to her Poor Nana, took her to McDonalds for a HAPPY MEAL, she must have put about 2 nuggets into my mouth, so had get more for her, took her bout 1 hr to eat them, but she loved them.
I must have walked miles, and between running round after her, and bending to pick up her McDonald Balloon, I got plenty of upper body exercise in too. When we got back to her house, she insisted on me dancing to her Barney Dvd. What I love bout Grandkids is they love you completely and you can hand them back. She’s gone off now on her seat on the back of her Dads Bike, happy out.
Im going to rest for a while now, my leg is throbbing. But just thinking, I increased my exercise by over 500% for a Saturday, Now having more porridge, if I stayed in kitchen Im so tired I would eat all around me.
