here I am again, logging in foods that I hate to log in. I need to figure out how to make an hour a day to shop and to make healthier food choices. Working a lot and then sleeping, makes going to McDonalds easier than going to the grocery store, shop, go home cook, clean pots and pans, and pack food for lunch. But, the bottom line is in fact that all of above things I have mentioned are excuses for not making proper food choices.

I admit that I am ashamed of myself, but what I ate is over with and an hour from now is a new beginning. I will work something out.
