Me at 304 pounds. 292.5 pounds. Not a big really any difference in the two, but in my other pics where I'm just in a sports bra and boy shorts. I can see a difference in my stomach. :) A dimpling. XD I hope the end of October will show a bigger difference. I've gone from 307.5 pounds down to 292.5 pounds. Total loss of 15 pounds between the 1st to the 30th. I'm really proud of myself for it. And I'm determined to keep it up!!
