If you eat very low carb and your fat percentage is 65 to 70 you should be in ketosis. Are you measuring?

Yes I am measuring.. I've done keto on and off for 4years sometimes I plateau and fasting or the egg diet gets me out of it..talked to a few other ladies who have done keto for years and alot of them had the same problem one time or another.. just got to recalibrate your body sometimes! Thank you!

Maybe that is true. I have done it for almost 19 months now. Straight. It has been great
