Made dinner for the family last night and had a lamb shank from costco. It was so good! To bad I ate it in like three bites. Some much for my little cheat meal. Did not drop as much as I had thought. Smallest weight loss yet probably a little bit of food weight from the dinner last. Lamb definitely weighs more than two ounces of cream cheese. :)
