quarantine is making me eat so many snacks... what do I do T-T
65 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 15 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I sleep alot in between intervals (wake up at 8:30 to work, sleep from 2 to 3, work from 3 to 5, sleep from 5 to 7, dinner and tv from 7 to 10:30, sleep at 10:30) when I am awake, I drink lots of water between meals so when the snack cravings hit, I drink water to make them go away. Most of the time it works. I do pee alot but my skin feels really good and I'm very regular, so it's a very small non-issue.

thanks! unfortunately I have online school that prevents me from doing that but I’ll try the water thing :))
