My friends Mum died last Saturday,just back from her funeral, it was down in the country, the church was packed. It was a lovey country wake, sit down meal as well, Her family did her proud. But my poor pal in bad shock, We are just waiting for the flood gates to open, Her mum was her rock.

My diet on track. Weigh in tomorrow. I'm going to start recording proper again on Weds. Just life has been so busy. But thats a good thing.
