Day 10 (Week 2): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Well I am still holding steady at 159 as the scale told me this morning. But I seem to have truly beat the hurdle of 260 this time. By the end of this week I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be at 255, but I will be content with 257. We shall see what Old Man Scale says as the week goes on :D
One of my groups has a group challenge of walking at least 15 minutes a day 5, days a week. I need to start doing that too. It can only help!! So I will walk at least 15 minutes at lunch today and try to do so every day this work week. It might be easier to get it done during lunch than in the evenings when I get home.
As for food intake, I really think I am doing fine. Still not feeling at all deprived and staying within my self imposed guidelines (for the most part) and definitely always netting calories burned within my own guidlines. If the loss slows down a lot then I may need to re-evaluate but we shall tackle that challenge if it comes.
I am about 1/3 of the way to my floor goal of 13lbs by Novemeber.....WooHoo! I will do BETTER than that, however. 245 I am coming for you!!
