YES! I actually managed to not only hit my daily required intake but actually go over it! I doubt this is going to happen very often but just the fact that I've managed it is a reason to be happy!

Indeed, off to a good start today too. . .If I eat early, I have found, I can keep it down, later in the day it gets the less I wanna eat I've noticed, so I really should aim to get in as much as I can in the morning. . .just check out all that chicken I had today! A LOT of protein!

I'm glad you hit!!! I'm with you..you need to start early. I find myself scrambling to eat at night to hit my minimum but I find it so hard to get it all in.

Yea, sadly the last few days have been so hectic I've started missing some again.I keep thinking I've eaten enough, got and actually look and find out I'm only at around 70% of what I should take in. . .
