Saturday March 28
My weight is back up a few ounces to 179 but blood sugar is 96 the second day in a row! That is so cool! High blood sugar scores set me off January 8, 170 for a morning blood sugar is way too much. Ate some yoghurt this morning. I get impatient with slow digestion. Sometimes milk products make it pretty precipitous but at least it is working.
