Rough week ! Since coming back from vacation the home was hit by a tornado
-- have not been able to walk but working on home using alot of calories and working muscles that are sore! I have also been eating more
than normal as routine has been thrown off.
Not too worried about it as I think much of what I gained is muscle but am
trying to control eating today for sure as I am back at work.
