I am very disappointed in myself. I haven't been keeping track of anything for a few weeks now. I'm still eating healthy and exercising but not writing it all down or tracking it on here. I haven't been doing my challenges either.
Since school started, I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I take my kids to school every day and pick them up. 2 are in preschool so I have extra school trips on top of the the older 2. I still haven't found any semblance of clean to my house and the laundry just won't go away.
I have however been checking my weight and lost 2 pounds in all this busy madness. That's a plus! I did join the local gym and have been going for a few days now. Getting my cardio in since it's cold and rainy out now.
I need to refocus!
