Here it is Monday already. I only worked a partial day today, but I feel like I've been out there for hours. I work outside in my own landscaping nursery and the physical activity has always been a plus for me. I know I get more than the average person. Lately, I've been putting up support wires for the trees, and the only thing that's sore on me is my arms from bendng and twisting the wire! I don't think that's enough exercise to help me reach my goal. My husband just got me a stereo for my gym, so once some guy hooks that up for me, maybe I'll start back up in my gym, working out. I usually don't see that room during the summer because i'm so buried in work.
so, diet question for the day: have you all every heard of/tried Better-n-Butter? it's a two-point per serving peanut butter. What do you think of it??

I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER!!!!PEANUT BUTTER AND PICKLE SANDWICH ARE A MINNESOTA FAVORITE! I actually had to remove it from my EVERYDAY pantry because that is one thing I get tempted by...so if you do know where to get....share it with everyone.I wish you lived close to me because I am a HORRIBLE landscaper. I have this fairly formal house and it is REALLY funny because I have planted ALL cool and funky shrubbery and have someone come and plant annuals because I hate perenials (sp?) that take over.......see why i'm moving to LA?

I am a peanut butter freak! I've found it at Trader Joes (if you don't have that type of specialty store, try the organic grocery stores). My husband really likes it, except he got a little upset when he found out it had to be refrigerated after opening! I like it, it suits my needs...it's worth buying. I learned about it in my weight watchers meeting, so I thought i'd share the tid-bit of info. what I don't like about it, is that it's a little sweeter tasting and the peanuts' roasty flavor is a little strong. anyway, it's called Better n' Peanut Butter. it has 85% less fat and 40% less calories. There is no saturated fat in it. the 2.5 total grams of fat comes from the good fats (poly and monounsaturated fats). I'm pretty sure you'll like it. you definitely won't see the grease floating on top! there is practically NONE.
