Diario de Fritzy 22, 10 mar. 20

I went to the gym today - the first time since last Wednesday. Seems like there are a lot less people -maybe half of what I usually see there. I was there a little later than usual (the time change has me moving later in the morning!). Got an allergy shot this morning. I thought I needed 24 shots before I go to one a month and the most I can get in a week is 2. But I was told I'm on an accelerated schedule, skipping every other dose so I'll only need about 12 before going monthly. I've been having these shots for about 7 years but stopped in the fall because of so much going on.

Still not doing so well on the diet plan but I'll get back to it 100% soon. I think. Not today though. After the gym I went to the grocery store and bought Chinese food for lunch. I need to stop going to the grocery store! But it's my favorite grocery store and until I joined the gym I would only get there once or twice a month. So it's nice to be able to go there after the gym. I'm stocking up on water and canned goods and some frozen foods in case the coronavirus hits my area and I need to stay home for awhile. Even if it doesn't hit this area, I have always liked having enough food and water for a couple of weeks.

Maybe 100% isn't necessary? Isn't it 80/20 or even 90/10?

Bella - it seems like I am either 100% or 0 (zero). All or nothing. I keep thinking that if I EVER reach maintenance then 90/10 or less would work. And by 100% I just mean calories. I don't worry about carbs or macros other than trying (per doctor's guidance) to eat low fat.
