Feeling like a little kid wanting "fish sticks" today. Tilapia with mock tartar sauce from Greek yogurt.

It was delicious. The Tartar sauce wasn’t bad either. Yogurt, lemon juice, and a little relish. Some days you just want to eat like a kid. This was one of them.

I dont know if I should tell you but I was a Tilapia lover, till someone tell me to look about that fish on the internet, is not a really good for diet, I'm just telling in case you want it to know.. looks yummy by the way

I’m aware of some of the different opinions on tilapia. All things in moderation. It’s low fat, low in calories. Salmon is great, but for different reasons, it’s definitely higher in calories, but full of good fats. This is quick and easy and I’m working my way through the freezer, so all good. 😋

It all depends on how the fish are Raised. Tilapia can be ok.

looks good. I would add some greens and maybe some carrots just to round it out.

I did get veggies in that day, they just weren't on that plate. I eat spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc most days. I almost always use my smaller plates, so sometimes the veggies don't fit.
