Sooooooooooo I had my one "last meal" as I called it. I didn't eat the whole day and I had my favourite meal at Boston Pizza. I know it might not have been the smartest/best way to start out a diet but I am not good with the deprivation so I'm hoping if I have my favourite meal just before starting a diet, it will be a little easier as I will be satiated before starting the diet. I don't know if it will work lol but good luck to me!
