Hey everyone, I've been totally slacking! Although on Thursday I did go to the zoo and we walked for FIVE HOURS. We were there for six hours but I figure we spent some time standing around doing nothing, and we took a tram ride.
But also I think I've been pms'ing because I'm eating like a total cow, and I haven't been weighing in which is the one thing that realllllly motivates me to stick to my plan, so I need to get back into that.
Tomorrow morning I'll re-start. I feel like a total bum, but if I let feeling like a bum TOTALLY derail my plan then I'd never reach my goals, and it's okay if it takes me longer than expected, it's just not okay to give up :D
