Men lose weight quicker than women. My son (who has been keto for 7 months, lost 70lbs) now has to gain a little weight back. So for lunch we stopped at Publix and grabbed some fried chicken and potato wedges. I did grab one piece of the chicken and pulled all the breading off and gave it to him and hubby. That was really hard since Publix has some dang good fried chicken. No wedges for me though. I'm still doing IF and stop at 8 p.m. and won't eat before 10 a.m. It's usually a little later to start and a little earlier to stop. Of course if I'm really hungry (and water didn't work) or out with friends or something I adjust my schedule. No biggie.

My son is joining the Navy. He passed the ASVAB and qualifies for all jobs across all branches. Yay! He failed the physical the first time but is going again next week after months of training. I'm sure he'll be fine this time. We are already training for boot camp requirements since otherwise he could be in real trouble with that. I switched his gym to mine and we go to classes together and then train separately after the class. That's usually 5 days a week. This is our 4th week of doing so. They only built this one 2 or 3 months ago.
Tonight was one of those hungry nights. 12oz of water didn't help so I nuked a cup of broccoli and threw some butter/bacon fat on it. Much better now.
