My body is doing some wonky things that I thought might not have anything to do with my weight loss goals. However, I am starting to wonder if it does. Does anyone else notice a stall or gain during their favorite week of the month? (technically I shouldn't have mine for another month, but as stated above body doing wonky things)

Women can gain up to 7 pounds or more during that time of the month. Some people gain, some stay the same and some lose. It depends on you and genetics. I always gain. You just have to except it and stay on plan as best you can. Drink plenty of water.
