Well after much stress and not following the diet at all, I'm back on the wagon. I figured if I don't feel well ( and I don't ) then why keep eating the shitty food choices I've been eating. It's not even junk all the time, sometimes it's just like I am filling a void. I don't want that, not now not ever. I want to feel like young and healthy. The only way to do that is to eat right and exercise. :-)
Hopefully, I'll keep this mantra as my thought process, so that I can succeed!
