another day goes by and i was hoping the scale was going to drop me another 5 lbs magically...boohoo,,,not ! o well it took me 4 years to put on this weight it will take a bit of time to take it off. My friend came over today and commented on my weight loss and it felt great...also i went and put on a pair of jeans i havent been able to wear comfortably for over a yr...now they are to big....im just lovin it. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and hangs in there and no cheating contact me if you wanna relapse. i will talk you out of it...good night you all
