oh my, its been a whole year since i have posted on my journal. I have been working so much, that when i get home all i want to do is sit in my chair and then go to bed. But the long year has put a few pounds back on and a few more than my old weight. its spring and almost summer, my dogs have me back out walking and here i am back to the fat secret. i love this place because its always here for me. worked hard for a year to take weight off, then took a few months off only to gain back that weight and going back to old eating habits. my body is telling me different. v
