THIS IS BULL %&**% I CAN NOT DO THIS RIGHT. I CANT GET IT TOGETHER. I FEEL LIKE CRAP EVERYDAY AND I AM DOING THIS LIKE SUPPOSED TO.. WHAT THE HECK I JUST WANNA GIVE THE F UP OVER AND DONE FOR NOW

you are doing this...and seeing results! go back over your food logs...look for the days when you had your proteins high and try to keep your carbs low...lose the atkins bars...they are a slippery slope most people stall out on. Try to eat salad w/ lunch and dinner, and at least one veggie a day...your energy will return...and your weightloss will continue. Don't give up...what's your alternative? You are worth making the effort. This change in your life is not easy...but you can do this!!!! Quitting is the easy part.

Don't give up! You can do this. I feel like you at times that I am doing it wrong but while ever I am losing weight be it 1 pound at a time or less so long as it's a loss it's all worth it. Remember it took longer than a week for us to get this way, it's going to take longer than a week to take it off. Be strong and keep going!
