2 days in a row of rich food and Birthday Wishes make for a 3.2 pounds weight gain.

No worries, I am back at it again today:)

Also, I think that I was doing well before I started Atkins and I prefer to lose at a slower rate because I know I will keep it off for good.

Back to Strawberry's own diet:) Wish me luck!
