February 14 Brown rice and peanut sauce threw my blood sugar a bit, 150 this morning. Wt 185 but my 184. was 184.6 so not so bad. Eating in a restaurant where I cannot exactly control what is in the food or quantify exactly, is hard, But I valiantly tried, getting peanut sauce on the side.
That protein bar at 1 p.m.today seemed like an easy solution and quick but it did me no favors blood sugar-wise. I still have 140 blood sugar five hours later. Not cool. I was only planning for 900 caories or so but it s going to be awful with high sugar. Makes you hungry. I will make a salad, helps fill you up, and eat some chicken. Last night's doggy box from Tai place might be good.
