Your body weight is going to go up and down daily. So many things can factor in to it even if you are being really good on your plan. If the daily up and downs bother you, just weigh-in once a week or every couple of days. It's not realistic to see a loss every day (even though it would be nice). Don't let it frustrate you, you are doing fine.
