Just saw side view of myself on FACEBOOK, I'm shocked at how huge my "BUM" is. I've been so blind to how wide and deep my hips are. If that photo does not motivate me nothing will. I.m going to try down load it on to site next Weds. Sons will help me do it. I have no idea. Did it once before by following another members advice. So once exam over tomorrow will have time to go through all my past journals and do it.
All of them just invited themselves to dinner then. They want echilladas. I just made some for one of them and his girlfriend, as often happens with mine, they dropped in at same time, all took taste and decided they would all come. Kieran (son 2) is married 1 year on 9th. They were coming to dinner anyway, so another family day.
PUNISHMENT FOR BEING GREEDY
Well last nite I was "punished" and rightly so. I had a great food day, lovely family day. Came home from sons house to my nearly child free house and got out my notes to study for my Tour Operations exam. AND I, the one who thinks she knows everything, had calories left over and DESERVED something NICE, made myself a cocktail, I beat 4 fl oz of low fat milk, added a GENEROUS measure of
BAILEYS CREAM, YES, BAILEYS CREAM, THE HIGHEST CALORIE DRINK OUT THERE,, beat them together, lovely and frothy and creamy, poured it into wine glass, added ice. Totally Enjoyed. AH HAH, 1 hour later I was in bathroom throwing my heart up. WHY, I've been warned by Doctor not to drink stuff like that, and I have done so and same thing has happened to me. Just PURE GREED, But I gave the it away today to a pal.
I'm studying now, but drinking sparkling water.
