Ugh. Somehow I gained AN ENTIRE FREAKING POUND this week!!!!! Yet I stayed within my calorie limits. Hmmm.... It got hot again andI didn't drink enough water.... maybe that's why the gain? I'm trying so hard not to get discouraged, because eating more won't make things any better.
Oh, and I have birthday parties every Saturday this month. I will handle them by only having a small piece of cake if it's chocolate or ice cream (my favorites). Also only 2 pieces of pizza. They're mostly kids parties so there will be pizza, and it's my favorite food. Ranks higher than chocolate. OK, about the same.

Hoping my body cooperates and I can get out of the 170's this month.
