For the past 10 or so weeks I have been going to F45 pretty much every day. Their motto of "team training, life changing" is rather well deserved. I am in the best shape I've been in about 10 years and besides looking great my energy and self-confidence levels are sky-high. Also doing Keto but not being super super strict.
