I'm completely addicted to my scale, so I weigh myself a few times through out the day. But I like to keep track of the morning and night weights. Morning is the lowest and night is the highest everyday. ^.^ Last night 309.5, this morning 304.5. Very happy about it.!! considering yesterday morning's weigh in was 307.5.
