Update...
Dec 26.. I started riding everyday on zwift....taking days off might be great...but those days I take off..I’m not getting the workout I need...being retired....makes you lazy..or it has me....especially during the winter months...the days the sun warms it up..I’m outside walking the drive for extra workout time....
Jan 14... guess I thought being in zwift everyday..meant I could eat crap....my weight was up 11 pounds.... I was shocked...in 15 days it’s gone down 11 pounds..and my head is back in the game....
Not only pounds are coming off..inches as well..my body fat ..Jan 14..was 27..today..it’s 25.8...but that’s just not good enough..I’m hungry for better results....
I just ordered resistance bands from amazon...yeap..I want more of a workout on these colder days..that I can’t get out and move outside....

you are busy at staying fit. I am the lazy one not one exercise except the steps I go up and down every day. I was in dance class...I still go Mondays. I will get back in the game. I am on the road to losing the pounds I gained at Christmas.

I too am retired. It is sometimes hard not to veg out,at least for me...I just go to gym and try to keep busy. Looks like you are doing what you need to! 💜💜💜💜

I was looking at my stats from scales...I also went from 21 percent bad fat to 20 percent bad fat..bad fat is around your organs and the harder fat..so I’m excited that has dropped as well...
