Wow, you are doing fantastic. I love that this site tallies all that info for us and makes it available so that we can compare where we are with where we want to be!! It really helps. Of course, it would be even better if my flippin' scale would cooperate!!

As for the Cals in/Cal out equation.....yeah that is exactly what I have been saying for months. If that worked for me, I should lose about 10 pounds a month, every month! GRRRR!!

Thank you my friend. I sometimes discuss with my hubby that by burning way more than I eat if I might be slowing down my weight loss, but it is hard to know. I eat very cleanly now, mostly unprocessed foods and mostly drink water or herbal tea. That is a big change from my "it's gluten free so I can eat as much as I want" days LOL
