I am going to take today off from exercising. I don't understand how you can pull a muscle on your back after doing the same exercises for 3 1/2 weeks. It does hurt and I did use icy/hot and a heating pad last night, tried stretching out my back as much as possible all day. But I think I should let my body recoup. So instead of Thursday being my day off i'll make it today and hopefully tomorrow i'll be good enough to do my exercise or at least take a jog. *
