Been eating right and exercising, is it me or does it seem like once you have 3 kids, you are never going to tighten up that stomach unless you get surgery.......ugh this is the stuff that makes me feel like whats the point....
On a higher note, at least I feel better and my thighs are looking pretty tight when I wear my short shorts I don't see ripples anymore....in just 3 1/2 weeks imagine that! :) Now if only my stomach would join the thighs and tighten up already!*

You would be surprised at how many women get their bods back. Make sure you are eating clean (plenty of protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies), getting in cardio a few times a week, and strength training. Do a variety of exercises. It may take a lot of dedication and hard work, but you can do it.
