Today was a great day. I had my friend come over and he noticed I had lost some weight and that is inspiring. I kinda blew it last night by listening to someone else. I drank a protien shake with frozen banana in it.. it was great but it had devostating effects on me. I woke up with a sugar over dose hangover or something like that. I will never do that again. Tomarrow is another day and hope I lose. God Bless everyone

How cool that your friend noticed your hard work! Good lesson with the banana - I stay away from them as they actually give me leg cramps LOL

wow and i thought that the pottassium in them were supposed to be good for that. I just know that I am in the induction phase and I can not do that again. I know how cool huh its only 13lbs i guess he could tell, I also have been doing a 100 sit up a day since i cant do any thing else..take care and good luck

Yeah it is supposed to be but I guess I am weird LOL. 13 pounds is 13 blocks of butter (here in NZ anyway) - that is a lot to lose - you have done great! Make sure you eat enough during the day, and well done on the sit ups.
