HELLO!!!! Sorry I Haven't been on my site. I didn't pay my bill. As is my life of not working and only hubby working. We fall behind every now and again. ANYWAY, yes I am still eating right and I have slightly changed my fat smash diet. I've been exercising 5-6 days a week. On the weekends I give myself a little bit of a cheat where I can eat a small handful of chips or something. But I don't overdo it. All the week I am eating as if on phase1 phase2ish. No junk food. Lots of healthy foods, fresh fruit veggies and most importantly exercise. So I hope all of my buddies are doing well. Glad to be back online *
