Diario de Michelle-San, 06 ago. 08

Ok. For the last 4-5 months I hit a major high slope, gaining approximately 13 lbs. I can't blame anyone but myself. I control what I eat and its mainly that, my eating habit. Fortunately, the last couple of days have been pretty good losing approximately 3 lbs. Its probably mostly water weight until I see 5 lbs pass than I know Im really going in the right direction. Today I have to start incorporating excercise. So, we'll see how that goes. Anyway, its been a while since I've been on here. I'm just frustrated with myself knowing that I let myself gain this much weight. Well, for this diet, I'm trying to stop drinking soda, eating sweets, and eating fast food because those are killer for me. Lets just hope this time I'll stick with this diet. I wouldn't really call it a diet. I'm just eating healthier and hopefully exercising more. So, here's to losing weight and being healthy!!
