I did it! I did it! I did it! I broke through into the 150's! 159.2 this morning. I last crossed a decade on June 24. Can't believe it took two months to lose 10 pounds after losing 30 pounds in the first two months. I think I've learned how to just be disciplined, 'dig in', and stick to eating right and exercising even when the scale was not budging an ounce. Weight loss is such a battle against yourself, but I'm going to keep fighting!!!
