I started on the fat smash diet today and it is okay but i love bread so i have been really craving it. But I have gone on fast before i know that the cravings go away. I bought some of the groceries yesterday and it cost me over 65 dollars to start eating right. I know that is why it so hard for other people to eat right because it is so expensive, I consider myself lucky to be able to afford it.
