I think I have an addictive personality. I tend to overdo alot of things. I feel I am over exercising. I am averaging 3-4 hours per day. It is probably too much. I feel great so I will keep it up for as long as I can. Does anyone else think this is too much? I have been following a 1000-1300 calorie diet plan which includes mostly whole foods. I have been logging in the foods I eat on the food diary provided on this site and I find the food list are not truly accurate. I make modifications with the foods and name brands so true calorie counts may vary(hopefully in my favor). I have been staying away from processed food as much a possible. I have not eaten any fast food, sugar, or candy for about three weeks. I am going to cook about three weeks of food and freeze it so I will have healthy alternatives to eat at school and when I get home. I have only encountered one problem with eating healthy, and that is my teenage sons eating the meals and snacks I have prepared. I tried to prepare regular foods for them, but they want to eat what I eat, so I have decided to just fix one set of meals. My husband will have to get with the program when he returns next year.

You're doing awesome! I think as long as you are comfortable with the ammount of exercise you are doing and not wearing yourself out, then great, I'm no expert and I know everyone is different, an hour a day is enough for me, my 4 kids run me ragged the rest of the day!
