Ugh, September 5 seems like a long way away today. I had a slight cramp in my leg so I had to cut down on some of my exercise...booo!! I did 20 minutes on the bicycle with the first 10 minutes doing 2.37 miles and the last 2.37 I think. I also did 35 minutes on the stairclimber. I wonder why they don't have stairclimbing listed in the exercise activities journal??!! For breakfast, I had an off-band chocolate protein bar (yummy) for 180 cals, one weight control instant oatmeal maple & brown sugar packet 160 cals, 3/4 cup of milk for 90 cals, and a little bit of yoplait yogurt for about 60 cals.
