Monday....food in-take went well today. I missed being on FS over the weekend. The tension belt on my stationary bike broke. (wore out!) It must be an "off" brand. I have only had it a little over a year. I sent an e-mail to the company about ordering a new belt. Guess what? No longer available!!!! I still have been riding my 35 minutes every night, but without tension. Oh well....what to do? I also continue to hoop. Still have this gut. Thought hooping would help. Love hooping, won't stop! Weight lose is on an up swing. :( Have to start to move these numbers down!!!
