I have not been very good about recording my food and exercise in the past two weeks. Though, there have not been any significant changes in my routine.

I was dissapointed to see that last week I only had a 1lb drop, but was happy that there was at least a decrease. It still falls in line with the pattern I seem to be having of one week having little loss followed by another week of significant loss. I just weighed in this morning, (two days earlier than my normal weigh day) and I've already dropped 1.5 lbs this week.

Even though i haven't deviated from my diet, I really feel like I am starting over. It's as if I hit a spot where I completed one stage and am heading into another. My motivation was lulling a bit over the weekend, but I find my self now resolved and re-commited to charging forward.

My first goal is to make my 300lb goal by October 15. That gives me 8 full weeks to lose 30lbs. Thats ample time in my book and would require an average loss of 3.75 lbs a week. Totally do-able! I have averaged more than that so far.

The next goal is to start weight training to build upper body strength and muscle mass. I'm thinking I will start this wehn the 300 lb mark is met, but am open to re-assesing and may decide to go for the 275lb mark before starting training.
