There's another trait I've discovered that I don't much like when I deal with food - I wolf. When I was a child, I would be the last one at the table eating because I did it so slowly. Now I’m the first at the finishing line at any family gathering. I stuff food down instead of eating. I don’t enjoy the food. I don’t taste it, feel its textures slowly and leisurely any more. It’s how I imagine an affair – I have to finish before I get caught. Always after fleeting, quick and momentary gratification. I’m doing it now! I work while I eat – that’s got to stop too. It may be part of my bad affair…erm…problem with food. Step one – put down the spoon. Step two – finish the journal. Step three – post the journal. Step four – slowly and leisurely enjoy the rest of your lunch!

LOL I use to do this too, I didnt notice it really until I moved in with my boyfriend and I was ALWAYS done first, now I rarely am, unless I am STARVING lol Its pretty much something that once you notice, you will change, its not too hard, plus once you start to slow down and enjoy the food again, there really isnt any other way that you want to eat. :] Hope you had a great day!
