Today I had one serving of Quaker Instant Oatmeal Weight Control Maple and Brown Sugar which is 130 cals, 1 cup of 1% milke 90 cals, almost a whole thing of blueberry yoplait yogurt 170 cals and half a blueberry bagel 135 cals with 1 oz of neufchatel cheese 70 cals. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the stairclimber with a 5 minute cooldown on the bicycle. I am excited that I'm a little less than two weeks from being on this diet for 2 months straight which beats my all-time record high of one month. I can't wait til Sept. 5! Maybe by then, I'll be 152 :-)
